Modern Art Interiors & Construction provides interior design, PVC wall and ceiling paneling, 3D wallpaper installation, woodwork, modular kitchens, and complete interior contracting services in Hyderabad, Telangana. All services are subject to a written quotation and mutual agreement before work begins.
All quotations provided are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the scope of work discussed and may change if the scope, materials, or design specifications are modified after the quotation is issued. GST and applicable taxes will be charged as per government norms.
Payment terms are agreed upon before the start of each project and are outlined in the project quotation. Typically, an advance payment is required before work commences, with remaining payments due at agreed milestones. We accept payments via cash, UPI, and bank transfer.
Estimated timelines are provided at the time of quotation and are subject to change based on material availability, site readiness, design changes, or unforeseen circumstances. We make every effort to complete projects on schedule and will communicate any delays promptly.
We use premium-grade materials from reputed brands. The specific materials for your project will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Any substitutions due to availability will be communicated and approved by the client before proceeding.
We provide a warranty on our workmanship as specified in your project agreement. This typically covers manufacturing defects and installation issues. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, water damage, structural movement, or normal wear and tear. Material warranties are as per the respective manufacturer's terms.
If a project is cancelled after work has commenced, the client is liable for payment of all work completed and materials ordered up to the date of cancellation. Advance payments may be adjusted against work done.
We take all reasonable care during installation and construction. However, we are not liable for pre-existing structural issues, damages caused by other contractors working simultaneously, or issues arising from client-supplied materials.
